Kit de reamers indispensable au monteur amateur, comme professionnel. Très bon produit. A acheter les yeux fermés.

Ces reamers sont tops : solides, efficaces, rigides et ne s'usent peu. Je pense que ça vaut le coup d'investir plutôt que dans fabriquer qui, généralement, sont plus cassants. Le changement de taille d'un reamer à l'autre est plutôt progressive ce qui permet d'avoir une bonne gestion du centrage et, il y a un insert métallique permettant de les utiliser avec une visseuse sans risque d'endommagement. J'ai fait l'erreur d'acheter toutes les tailles petit-à-petit car, au départ, je ne pensais pas avoir besoin des autres tailles. Du coup je me retrouve avec plusieurs poignées et cela m'a coûté bien plus chère que de prendre directement le pack de 4 … À y réfléchir …

This pack contains 4 reamers of different sizes to suit every situation (diameter from 6 to 18 mm).
Contains a universal handle for reaming by hand, or can be fitted to a standard screwdriver chuck.
Spare sanding belts are supplied with the kit.
OUR OPINION ON THIS PRODUCT
a must-have for rod building
The 4 reamers kit from Forecast is a must for rod building. These reamers allow you to enlarge the diameter of your elements (EVA grips, cork, carbon, handle elements, ...) in order to place them at the desired place on your blank.
Our two main tips for use are:
- Use clockwise (screw in).
- Do not use the small reamer in a screwdriver, or use it slowly. Its small size makes it more fragile than the others.
CONTENT OF THE PACK
- Reamer Light : 6-9mm (0.236 inch à 0.354 inch)
- Reamer Medium : 9-12mm (0.354 inch à 0.472 inch)
- Reamer Large : 12-15mm (0.472 à 0.590 inch)
- Reamer X-Large : 15-18mm (0.565 inch à 0.685inch)
