These Reel seat are made for boat rods they have an removable Ferrule And Captive Nut.
Fuji DPS-LBSD reel seats have proven themselves a million times over in freshwater and saltwater applications. The LBSD is divided in the reel seat, so the hand part of the rod can be removed, not only for transport this is an advantage. Compared to the BF reel seat, the LB is the more robust version. The reel seat can also be ideally used to extend rods by adapting a hand part separately from the otherwise one-piece blank. The graphite reel seats of Fuji are lightweight and yet extremely robust. The metal-reinforced reel foot mount makes breakout nearly impossible. With the appropriate accessories, the reel seats are versatile and can be easily adapted to their design preferences.
